Waiver: In applying for registration of my child / ward in the Bangkok Lions Rugby Football Club (BLRFC), I hereby release the BLRFC and its organisers and officials from any liability arising out of bodily injury sustained by my child / ward in the course of participation in any practice, game or associated activity.
